Provide preliminary legal opinions on events that can arise on managed properties. Offer access to real estate attorney services involving unlawful detainer actions, contracts, or litigation.

Asset Management

Act on behalf of the owner. Serve as owner's single point of contact. Coordinate all outside services. Focus on increasing the property's value.

Transition Management

Review records. Recommend and implement new systems. Provide management change notification. Initiate new facility procedures.

Construction Management

Bid and award contracts for building renovations and capital improvements. Supervise schedule and quality control inspections.
